1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ph123ph website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by ph123ph ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

ph123ph reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any funds or winnings.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the ph123ph Platform, including real-money gaming, you must register for an account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account with ph123ph. Creating multiple accounts, whether under your own name or using false identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph123ph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and void any associated transactions, bonuses, or winnings.

3.3 Account Security

Failure to complete verification may result in restrictions on your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

ph123ph accepts deposits via various payment methods, including but not limited to GCash, PayMaya, bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank), and other methods as displayed on the Platform. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph123ph account are from legitimate sources and belong to you. ph123ph reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that we reasonably believe to be fraudulent, suspicious, or in violation of these Terms or applicable law.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with ph123ph's standard procedures. Processing times vary by payment method but typically range from a few hours to 3 business days. ph123ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal.

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed on the Platform.

4.3 Fees

ph123ph does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (bank, e-wallet, etc.) may impose their own fees, which are beyond our control. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

ph123ph is committed to preventing money laundering and terrorist financing. We reserve the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account or transaction that we deem suspicious. Accounts may be frozen or closed, and funds may be withheld pending investigation or reporting to relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ph123ph may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and maximum bet limits. These specific terms are provided at the time the bonus is offered and form part of these Terms.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the ph123ph Platform use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. Game results are determined randomly and cannot be predicted or manipulated by ph123ph or any third party.

6.2 Game Rules

Each game available on the Platform has its own specific rules, paytables, and return-to-player (RTP) percentages. You are responsible for understanding the rules of any game before you play. Game rules are available within each game or upon request from customer support.

6.3 Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, system error, or technical failure, all affected bets and payouts are void. ph123ph will make reasonable efforts to rectify errors and restore affected accounts to their correct state. 6.4 Disputes

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities while using the ph123ph Platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using false identities.
• Colluding with other players, using bots or automated software, or engaging in any form of cheating or fraudulent activity.

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform or any games.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds and winnings, and potential legal action.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the ph123ph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, game designs, and trademarks, is the property of ph123ph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without our prior written consent.

The ph123ph name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph123ph. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ph123ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.

ph123ph's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to your account in the six (6) months preceding the claim.

ph123ph is not responsible for any losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, including internet connectivity issues, server downtime, or software malfunctions.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
• Third-party actions, including payment processor delays or failures.
• Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ph123ph is committed to protecting your personal information. Our collection, use, and disclosure of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

By using the ph123ph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account management, transaction processing, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where you have opted in), and compliance with legal obligations.

ph123ph employs industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions and secure storage of personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 Responsible Gaming

ph123ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete verification procedures.
• Prolonged account inactivity.
• At our sole discretion for operational or business reasons.

Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. Any remaining balance may be returned to you, subject to deduction of any amounts owed to ph123ph and compliance with these Terms. Winnings obtained through fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the ph123ph Platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and ph123ph. If a resolution cannot be reached within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding related to these Terms must be brought exclusively in the courts of the Philippines, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.

14 Amendments to Terms

ph123ph reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, such as by email or prominent notice on the Platform.

Your continued use of the ph123ph Platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Platform and close your account.
